Evidence Based Terms:
Students are asked daily to use evidence based terms when writing answers to Reading Comprehension, Math, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies questions. Furthermore, they are required to write in their journals (Reading/Math), as well in the other subjects daily. When students write, they are to use evidence based terms, key words/phrases, as well as complete sentences. Their writings should fully explain the prompt or questions. Students are actively practicing this daily so that it will become a "memory" response for the GMAS test (former CRCT) as well as for the rest of their academic journey.
